Balmoral is proud to introduce Texas’ first Crystal Clear Lagoon. The two-acre Crystal Clear Lagoon serves as the crowning attraction of Balmoral’s sprawling Amenity Village and beckons residents to unwind in its sparkling blue waters.

It’s game on at Victory Park, opening in 2021. Located in the heart of Balmoral, it’s an easy walk or bike ride from residents’ homes. Play “horse” on the basketball court, attend a community concert or just let the kids play to their hearts’ content — Victory Park promises action-packed fun.
